PHONE ORDERS CONFIRMATION
All take out orders done over the phone must be confirmed by Uni Sushi for the order to be executed. We will call you to confirm your order. The goal of this call is to avoid any misunderstanding.
Animals
The restaurant prohibits access to animals for sanitary reasons. An exception will be granted to service dogs that accompany visually impaired clients.
Coat Check
To disclaim any responsibility in case of theft, we do not offer a coat check.
LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. It is strictly forbidden to bring the restaurant’s dishes outside of the premises.
RESERVATIONS
We offer two services on Friday and Saturday evenings. Reservations can be booked at either 5:30 p.m. or 8:15 p.m. The final seating of the reservations is at the discretion of the management.
Friday
1st service 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
You must leave by 8 p.m.
2nd service 8:15 p.m. to close.
Saturday
1st service 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
You must leave by 8 p.m.
2nd service 8:15 p.m. to close.
DEPOSIT
For groups, we ask for a $100 deposit when the reservation is booked. The deposit will be refunded on the day of the reservation according to terms and conditions. You can reserve by phone or in person at the restaurant.
All cancellations must be made by email or phone within 48 hours of the reservation. No additional guest can be added to the confirmed reservation without the management approval.
Alcohol
WHAT IS PERMITTED
Being a “bring your own wine”, our alcohol permit allows customers to bring alcoholic beverages from the same category as wine such as porto, champagne, wine-based coolers or malt, and even aperitifs.
WHAT IS PROHIBITED
However, strong liquors such as whisky, vodka, rhum, and tequila are prohibited.
Pre-mixed cocktails including Bacardi Breezer, Clamato Caesar and Smirnoff Ice, as well as digestives are also forbidden.
Alcohol consumption by minors is strictly prohibited even if they are in presence of a consenting adult. (Underage drinking policy prohibits minors and young adults under the age of 18 to drink alcoholic beverages in establishments that hold an alcohol permit.) Uni Sushi reserves the right to require IDs in order to determine the age of clients who consume alcohol. If the client is under the legal drinking age, the merchant will not allow him or her to consume alcoholic beverages.
We are forbidden to keep containers of alcoholic beverages that do not bear the duty stamp of the SAQ, including alcohol that is used for food preparation.
In order to avoid any breach of the law that could lead to a fine or a permit suspension, we cannot, under any circumstances, keep alcohol bottles that were forgotten by clients in our establishment.
